Here are some actions by TwoADay.org and others in the week of Wednesday June 10th:
In North Kingstown, a group in the broad TwoADay network will be holding banners to protest Israel’s ongoing genocide of Gaza, torture and rape of Palestinian prisoners, ethnic cleansing in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Lebanon and the US-Israel war of aggression on Iran, Wednesday 4-5pm on Route 1A (overpass over Route 138 before entrance to Jamestown bridge).
TwoADay.org street actions at Wickenden St & Brook St, Providence: Thursday 10-10:30am. We’ll be collecting signatures to pressure Congress to stop sending bombs to Gaza.
TwoADay.org street actions at Wayland Ave & Angell St, Providence: Friday 9-9:30am. We’ll be passing out flyers telling people about concrete ways to help stop bombs to Gaza.
TwoADay.org street actions at the Federal Courthouse building opposite Kennedy Plaza (1 Exchange Terrace, Providence): Friday 10-10:30am. We’ll be holding anti-war signs.
On Saturday 11am-12noon, East Bay Citizens for Peace is holding a vigil in Bristol on Hope St in front of the Bristol Post Office (“We who believe in freedom cannot rest! Stop ICE abuses! No genocide in our names! No war on our communities! End War on Iran! Hands off Cuba! Protect Voting Rights!”)
